At Maple Research Labs, we stand behind the quality and purity of our research compounds. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, issue refunds, or provide replacements.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, with broken seals, or with visible defects, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect product at our expense.
Purity Concerns: If you believe a product does not meet its stated purity specifications based on your own laboratory testing, contact us with your testing methodology and results. We take purity claims seriously and will investigate promptly. If confirmed, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and the importance of maintaining chain-of-custody integrity, we cannot accept returns for:
Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken (unless reporting a defect). Orders where more than 30 days have passed since delivery. Products that have not been stored according to the recommended storage conditions listed on the product page. Products returned without prior authorization from our support team.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:
1. Email us at support@mapleresearchlabs.com with your order number, the product(s) in question, and a description of the issue. Include photos if applicable.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with a resolution.
3. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back. Do not return products without prior authorization.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or purity issue).
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
