All Sales Are Final
All products sold by Maple Research Labs are intended strictly for research purposes. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is confirmed lost or undelivered based on tracking information provided by the carrier, we will ship a replacement order at no additional charge. To qualify for a replacement shipment:
1. The tracking number must show that the package was not delivered or is confirmed lost by the carrier.
2. You must contact us at support@mapleresearchlabs.com with your order number and tracking details.
3. We will verify the tracking status and arrange a replacement shipment once confirmed.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives with visible damage to the products (broken vials, compromised seals), contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mapleresearchlabs.com with photos of the damage. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and may issue a replacement for the affected items.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send the correct item at no charge.
