What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Carrier-confirmed lost packages, damaged shipments and incorrect items are covered by our replacement policy. Where a batch has been tested by an independent laboratory, the Certificate of Analysis is published on our Certificates of Analysis page and linked from the relevant product listing, so the analytical data can be reviewed before ordering. Please review all product details and any available COA documentation carefully prior to purchase.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific will ship the next business day. All orders ship from Canada.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship via Canada Post for all domestic orders. In rare cases where Canada Post service is unavailable or delayed, we will use an equivalent alternative carrier to ensure timely delivery.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more units of the same product automatically receive a 10% discount at checkout. No coupon code is required. The discount is applied per qualifying product line item in your cart.
Where are your peptides manufactured and tested?
Maple Research Labs peptides are synthesized internationally, then tested, vialed and fulfilled in British Columbia. Tested batches are analysed by Testides, an independent third-party laboratory, using HPLC-UV at 214nm to verify purity and measured content against label claim. Batch-specific COAs are published on every product page so researchers can verify results before ordering.
