Eloralintide (LY3841136) is a long-acting, lipidated amylin receptor agonist peptide. Supplied lyophilised for laboratory research.
Research Summary
Eloralintide was designed to favour amylin receptors over the calcitonin receptor, which sets it apart from earlier non-selective amylin analogs. Published in-vitro work reports picomolar agonist potency at the human AMY1 and AMY3 receptors. Rodent studies have examined its effects on food intake, body weight and fat mass, which makes it a reference compound for research into amylin receptor signalling and satiety pathways.
Storage and Handling
Store the sealed lyophilised vial at minus 20 degrees Celsius for long-term preservation, or 2 to 8 degrees Celsius for short-term storage. After reconstitution, store at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and protect from light. Allow vials to equilibrate to room temperature before opening to limit condensation.
