Shipping Coverage
Maple Research Labs currently ships to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use reliable Canadian shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive safely. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, and carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location within Canada. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250 CAD within Canada.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.
Packaging and Handling
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Peptides are temperature-sensitive and will be shipped with appropriate cold chain protocols when necessary.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or if items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately at mapleresearchlabs@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mapleresearchlabs@gmail.com. We will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. We recommend having packages delivered to a secure address or requiring a signature upon delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been processed.
Customs and Duties
As we ship within Canada only, there are no customs duties or international fees applicable to orders.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holidays and peak seasons, shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early if you need products by a specific date.
