GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine) complexed with copper(II). Preclinical literature has examined it in relation to extracellular matrix remodelling, collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, and antioxidant signalling in fibroblast and wound-healing models.
